Emily in Paris is an American romantic comedy drama #television-series created by Darren Star for Netflix. It stars Lily Collins as Emily Cooper, an aspiring marketing executive from Chicago who moves to France to provide an American perspective to the boutique marketing firm Savoir. Since its premiere on October 2, 2020, the show has documented her attempts to overcome cultural clashes while navigating her career, friendships, and a complex love life. It has since expanded to five seasons, following her journey through Paris and eventually to Rome.
