Will Stringer is an #investor and the founder and managing partner of Chisos Capital, a structured-finance firm that provides early capital to entrepreneurs, creators, and athletes through a Convertible Income Share Agreement model. Founded in 2020, the firm has deployed more than $3 million across over 70 investments, combining income-based repayment with small equity positions to support individuals whose trajectories may not fit traditional funding pathways. Before Chisos, he worked in venture roles at Republic and held product and advisory positions in financial-technology and distributed-systems companies. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
