RealScout Exclusives lets a brokerage manage and distribute its exclusive listings to agents and their clients through a branded platform the brokerage controls. Rather than pushing inventory straight to the public portals, a brokerage decides what gets shared, with whom, and when — keeping private and pre-market listings inside its own ecosystem.
The platform pairs distribution with data-driven buyer matching: it reads buyer search behavior to surface the clients most likely to want a given listing, then sends automated new-listing alert emails to those matches. Flexible privacy and control settings let each brokerage set how visible a listing is and how widely it travels, so exclusivity is a dial rather than a switch.
