In 2017 Khaite, a luxury denim and knit brand founded in the Assembled Brands portfolio, was growing rapidly via boutiques and its own online website. Given the size of the factoring industry, we thought it would be easy to finance our Working Capital.
After an extensive search, the factors we spoke with all wanted personal guarantees because the direct-to-consumer inventory wasn't something they normally lend against.
