Mythos

Stakeholder Capitalism is an alternative system to 📝Shareholder Capitalism that prioritizes all stakeholders' interests, not just the shareholders (i.e., Owners, Investors, etc.). Among the key stakeholders are customers, employees, local communities, and the environment.

Under this system, a company's purpose is to create long-term value and not maximize profits and enhance shareholder value at the cost of other stakeholder groups.
