**Asynchronous Communication **is when you send a message without expecting an immediate response. In contrast, **Synchronous Communication **is when you send a message and the recipient processes the information and responds immediately.

My preferred way of Asynchronous Communication is Whatsapp Voice Notes and pre-recorded Descript videos. They allow creative conversations to begin immediately in anticipation of a synchronous in-person or virtual meeting.
