A term coined by Adam Grant - A logic bully is someone that uses rational arguments to force a perspective or point of view onto others. They do not take into account how emotions can be a primary factor in decisions or beliefs.
Burrowing a person under a mountain of logic can remove their agency to rethink their position for themselves. It is not an effective way of communicating.
