Here’s the 2nd gtm engineer roundup of our favorite posts, open roles and the top growth hack over the last week.
One stand out this week was Pave’s CEO, Matt Schulman, sharing their analysis of the “GTM engineer” job title, looking at 10,000 companies worth of data. He wrote: “The trend is indeed pointing towards a rapid adoption of the new “GTM Engineer” position.”
As always, shoot me an email if you have any ideas / feedback about content.

My favorite growth hack of the week:
- I interviewed Brian Swichkow a few weeks back (pod dropping week of 7/21), and he shared the best growth prank I have heard. He ran hyper targeted FB retargeting ads to only 1 person: his sword swallowing roommate. The copy: “Trouble swallowing pills? Does it seem ironic that swallowing swords is easy and then small pills make you gag?” The full story here
