Task Metadata adds the details that turn a checklist item into a real task in 📝Tasks — a due date, a repeat schedule, and notes. A checkbox tells you what; metadata tells you when and how often, so the Tasks dashboard can sort and surface what actually needs doing.
Key Capabilities
- Due dates — give a task a date (and optional time), shown as Today, Tomorrow, or a date
- Overdue coloring — overdue dates turn red, today turns orange, later dates stay muted
- Repeat schedules — repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, at any interval
- Weekly by weekday — a weekly repeat can target specific days of the week
- Notes — attach richer notes to a task, edited in a detail drawer
- On any task — metadata applies to standalone, memo, and daily-memo tasks alike
Getting Started

- Set a due date (and time, if you want one)
