Activity Timeline in 📝MythOS is the chronological half of 📝Analytics, Activity & Notifications — a running record of what changed in your library and who changed it, alongside the conversations visitors have had with your agent.
Once a library has collaborators and agents writing into it, "what happened here" stops being answerable from memory. The timeline exists so a creator can reconstruct a day without opening every memo: who edited what, when, and whether it was a person or an agent acting on their behalf.
It matters most to anyone sharing a library or running agents against it, and it is private to the owner in every case.
Key Capabilities
- Chronological edit record — every save, retitle, and visibility change across the library, newest or oldest first
- Who filter — narrow to Everyone, You, Collaborators, or Agents
- Day grouping — entries gather under Today, Yesterday, This week, and Earlier
- Agent chat rows — visitor conversations appear inline, showing which memos the answer cited
- Agent-chat summary — a 30-day strip counting your own chats, visitor chats, and memos cited
- Trivial edits filtered — very small body changes are dropped so the record stays readable
- Edit grouping — repeated saves to one memo in quick succession collapse into a single entry
Getting Started
- Click the clock icon in the top bar to open the timeline
- Read down the spine — entries are grouped by day, newest first by default
- Use the Who dropdown to isolate your own work, a collaborator's, or an agent's
- Switch the sort to oldest-first to replay a stretch of work in order
- For counts and trends rather than a narrative, go to Analytics in your avatar menu instead
FAQ
- Who can see my timeline? Only you. It is scoped to your own account and there is no way to share or publish it.
- Why don't reads or references appear here? By design — the timeline records changes and agent conversations. Reads, references, and AI retrievals are counts rather than events you would narrate, and they live in Creator Analytics.
- What counts as an edit? Saving a memo's content or notes, renaming it, changing its visibility, and similar changes. Several saves to the same memo within a short window collapse into one entry, so the timeline shows editing sessions rather than keystrokes.
- Why are some of my edits missing? Very small changes are filtered out to keep the record legible. A one-character fix will not usually appear.
- How far back does it go? Activity is retained for about thirteen months, and the timeline loads the most recent entries rather than the whole history at once.
