OSR = Operational Session Report — agent-produced session journals documenting development work (Status / What Was Done / Findings / Questions for Brian / Related). They're agent-ops audit trails, not feature docs.
Retired 2026-07-01: agent sessions no longer create OSR memos. Each session now records itself as one dense Timeline bullet in the daily memo of the code's library (the journal entry) — a pointer to the PR, roadmap item, and code-domain memo. Existing OSR memos remain as historical records.
