Rich Salute is an American financial consultant and accounting executive with more than four decades of experience in audit, accounting, and tax. A recognized authority on Securities and Exchange Commission matters, he has guided numerous initial public offerings and advised companies listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and other exchanges. He is a partner at 📝Conversus Group.
Salute spent 29 years at the accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where he became a partner and helped establish several of its practice areas, including its enterprise, technology, and corporate-recovery groups. He later served as Managing Partner of the Long Island office of the accounting firm CohnReznick. He has also held corporate board roles, including as an independent director of the financial-services company NewtekOne.
