Amplify Publishing Group is an independent book publisher, headquartered near Washington, DC, known for its work in hybrid publishing. Founded in 2003 as Mascot Books, it provides editorial, design, production, marketing, and distribution services across business, politics, narrative nonfiction, fiction, and children's titles.
Amplify Publishing Group operates a hybrid model in which authors invest up front in publishing services while retaining their intellectual-property rights, creative control, and a high royalty rate. The company was co-founded by Naren Aryal, who serves as its chief executive and publisher, and releases roughly 300 titles a year across a family of imprints — including Amplify Publishing for business and thought-leadership titles, RealClear Publishing, Tagged Publishing, and Mascot Books. Its imprints also include 100 Coaches Publishing, the publishing arm of 📝100 Coaches Agency.
