Scott Osman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of 📝100 Coaches Agency, the executive-coaching firm he co-founded with 📝Marshall Goldsmith in 2016. He leads the agency's curation process and its relationship-first approach to matching organizations with senior executive coaches.
Osman is a co-founder of Methods by 100 Coaches, an online learning platform, and serves on the editorial team of 100 Coaches Publishing. With Marshall Goldsmith and Jacquelyn Lane, he co-authored Becoming Coachable, a 2023 Wall Street Journal bestseller on executive coaching. Earlier in his career he founded the Purpose Strategy practice at the brand consultancy Landor Associates, where he led corporate rebranding work for major global companies, and he founded the innovation lab Good Omen. He holds a degree from New York University's Stern School of Business.
