Duane LeGate is a real estate technology 🏷️#entrepreneur who conceived and co-founded 📝Commissions Inc. (CINC) in Marietta, Georgia, in 2011 with chief technology officer Brian O'Neal. CINC provides web-based marketing and CRM software for high-producing real estate agents and teams across North America.

LeGate led CINC as CEO through its 2015 recapitalization by Serent Capital and its acquisition by Fidelity National Financial's FNF Group, announced in 2016, and later served as the company's executive chairman. In 2016 he was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award winner for the Southeast region; CINC described the company as the third he had taken from concept to major success.
