Michael Glaser is a venture capital 🏷️#lawyer and co-head of the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice at Morrison & Foerster, working from its San Francisco and Seattle offices. He represents startups and investors in venture financings and related transactions, with a focus on technology sectors including AI, fintech, cloud computing, and consumer and digital media companies.

Glaser spent more than two decades at Perkins Coie, where he co-chaired the firm's Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice, served two terms on its executive committee, and was firmwide co-chair of its corporate practice, before joining Morrison & Foerster in February 2022. He has led clients through hundreds of venture capital transactions, is a member of the National Venture Capital Association's Model Document Working Group, which works to standardize venture financing documents, and has been ranked by Chambers USA for venture capital and emerging companies work. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
