Trademarkia is an online trademark search and registration service founded in 2009. Its search engine indexes trademark filings, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) database, so users can search existing word marks and logos, and it then lets them file trademark applications in the United States and other countries through affiliated attorneys. It is a trademark service, not a patent search engine.
Trademarkia was founded by patent attorney Raj Abhyanker with software engineer Dongxia Liu as a customer-facing web portal for Abhyanker's law firm. It is owned by LegalForce Inc and operates alongside the LegalForce RAPC Worldwide law firm. World Trademark Review has described it as the largest visual search engine for trademarked logos, and the portal helped make its affiliated firm one of the most prolific trademark filers at the USPTO. In 2013 the ABA Journal reported that the site drew about one million unique visitors a month, with service fees starting at $159 plus government filing fees.
We began a 📝CFO System implementation at Trademarkia in 2021.
