Mythos

Arriving is the first minute of a practice spent feeling support and looking around before anything else.

Feet or seat, eyes on the room, a breath that is already happening. In ๐Ÿ“Somatic Practice skipping this is how people start from the neck up. Arriving is a method, not a meditation requirement, and not a diagnosis of being "ungrounded." If looking around spikes, one object and the chair are enough.

Clients feel the room and the body catch up with each other. Panic or shutdown is a stop, not a cue to go inside faster.
