Pre-event work is shorter, brisker work before competition to prime rather than relax.
In 📝Sports Therapy the person should leave ready to go, not melted. Activation, light range, sport-specific tissue — not a long deep session the morning of. It is scheduling, not a diagnosis, and not a claim that a prime prevents injury. Sharp or unexplained pain that morning follows the 📝referral rule, not a longer warm-up on the table.
Clients feel awake. A nap-inducing session is the wrong dose.
