Mythos

Cranium is the skull.

In 📝Craniosacral Therapy it is one of the two ends the hands attend to, the other being the sacrum. Holds rest on the occiput, the temples, the cranial base — listening, not pushing. The word is anatomy, not a diagnosis of a cranial lesion, and not a claim that bones of the adult skull are being adjusted. Nothing in this work is a cranial manipulation.

Clients feel a light contact at the head. Sharp, dizzy, visual-change, or panicky sensation is a stop. Unexplained headache after trauma is a referral.
