Mythos

Flush is light, brisk strokes toward the heart after activity to move fluid.

In 📝Sports Therapy it is 📝post-event work, not deep tissue. The language is practical — light, toward the heart — not a claim to drain lymph as a medical procedure. Sharp, swollen, or unexplained pain follows the 📝referral rule, not a harder flush.

Clients feel warmth and ease, not a deep ache. Bruising means the stroke was too much.
