Mythos

Scapular position is where the shoulder blades rest: winged, elevated, protracted, or settled.

In 📝Postural / Structural Realignment the blades are part of how the person stacks the ribs and the head. A blade that lives up and forward often pairs with a tight chest and a forward head; a blade that stands off the ribs is 📝Scapular Winging when it shows under load. Mild resting position is a pattern. Dramatic, new, or one-sided winging with weakness is outside this language and belongs with licensed care.

Clients feel it as a shoulder that will not sit. Cueing is a small slide and a softer chest, not pinching the blades together all day. Sharp arm pain or numbness is a referral.
