Forearm pressing is using the forearm for wide, even pressure over large muscles.
The tool is broader than a thumb and slower than a palm race. In πThai Bodywork it meets a back, a thigh, or a calf along a sen line. Pressure stays breathable; speed triggers bracing. It is a method, not a diagnosis. Bony edges and the front of the neck are not forearm surfaces.
Clients feel a spreading weight. Sharp, numb, or panicky sensation is a stop. Bruising is too much dose.
