Mythos

Awareness is noticing sensation without trying to change it.

Heat, pressure, a blank, a flutter — registered before a stretch or a story. In 📝Somatic Practice that look is the work, not a prelude. Fixing too soon is how people brace. Awareness is not a diagnosis, not a mindfulness product, and not a requirement to feel everything. A blank is information.

Clients often want to do something with what they notice. The cue is stay. If noticing floods, the work orients out to the room. Persistent distress is a referral.
