Mythos

Overuse is strain from repeated load without enough recovery between bouts.

In 📝Sports Therapy it is a load-management finding: the tissue did not get a gap. It is not a diagnosis of a named injury, not a grade of tear, and not a claim the table can reverse it. Sharp, worsening, or unexplained pain follows the 📝referral rule — more sessions are not the fix; less load and, if needed, a clinician are.

Clients feel the same niggle coming back sooner. Filling the gap with more work is the usual miss.
