Realignment, in this practice, is improved awareness, more movement options, regulation, and ease — not a bone moved into a correct place.
📝Postural / Structural Realignment keeps the word because it is core to the protocol. It is defensible only while the meaning stays experiential. It does not mean spinal adjustment, chiropractic, or structural correction of a diagnosed lesion. It does not claim to fix misalignment. Bones sit where the surrounding soft tissue allows them to sit; the work changes the tissue and the options, then checks whether standing feels more even.
Clients hear "realignment" as a joint being put back. Session language has to say otherwise, every time: a new organization, not a thrust. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. The work does not replace evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.
If a sentence would not be true without a structural claim, rewrite the sentence.
