Mythos

Active recovery is light movement on rest days to keep blood and fluid moving.

A walk, easy spin, or swim — not a hidden interval day. In 📝Sports Therapy it is how the week recovers without going fully still. It is planning, not a diagnosis, and not a claim that movement heals a tear. Sharp or worsening pain follows the 📝referral rule; that day is rest or a clinician, not a "recovery" workout.

Clients feel looser after, not cooked. If it feels like training, it was too much.
