Mythos

Spinal twist is a seated or lying rotation of the spine assisted by the practitioner.

In 📝Thai Bodywork the receiver stays passive; the stop is the 📝stretch threshold, not a pop. This is not a spinal adjustment, not a manipulation, and not a medical procedure. Sharp, shooting, numb, dizzy, or panicky sensation ends it. Trauma or unexplained pain is a referral.

Clients feel a supported turn. If the neck or low back pinches, the twist is too far. No one is chasing a cavitation.
