Hold is the seconds of resistance before release, usually five to ten.
In 📝Resisted Soft-Tissue Release it is timed effort on this table, not a still contact and not a point pressed for its own sake. Longer is not better. Breath can stay. Shaking, breath-holding, or sharp pain ends the hold early.
Clients count with the practitioner. Ten seconds at high effort is the wrong dose.
