Mythos

Pelvic neutral is the pelvis balanced between anterior and posterior tilt.

Not tucked, not dumped: a middle the person can rest in without extra lumbar arch or a flattened low back. In 📝Postural / Structural Realignment it is a place to visit, not a pose to freeze, and not a textbook angle that every pelvis must match. 📝Anterior Pelvic Tilt and 📝Posterior Pelvic Tilt are the two parks; neutral is the option between them.

Clients often think tuck is neutral. Cueing is usually less effort and a breath, not a new squeeze of the glutes. Pain or numbness when they try to find it is a stop.
