Mythos

Temporal hold is hands cradling the sides of the head above the ears.

In 📝Craniosacral Therapy the contact is about 📝five grams, listening, not compressing the temples and not an adjustment. Dizziness, visual change, numbness, or panic is a stop. Head trauma or unexplained neurological change is a referral.

Clients feel a cradle at the sides of the head. If they feel squeeze, the hold is already too much.
