Mythos

Pendulation is the natural swing of attention between a tense area and an easy one.

A few seconds with the tight jaw, then back to the feet, then back if the system can stay. In ๐Ÿ“Somatic Practice that swing is how intensity is dosed without flooding. It is a method, not a diagnosis, not psychotherapy, and not a claim to a trademarked trauma protocol. Staying only in the hard place is how people leave the window.

Clients feel a rhythm. If the swing itself spikes, the easy place gets more time, or the work orients out. Persistent distress is a referral.
