Mythos

Cue is a short phrase that points attention somewhere, such as "feel both feet."

In ๐Ÿ“Somatic Practice cues are invitations, not commands. The person can ignore, change, or refuse them. A good cue is small enough to do in this breath. Cues are a method, not a diagnosis, and not a script the practitioner must get through.

Clients feel directed without being pushed. If a cue spikes them, it is dropped. Too many cues is noise; one is usually enough.
