Mythos

Proprioceptor is a sensor that reports the body's position and movement.

It is the anatomy under 📝Proprioception, the sense. Sensors live in joints, muscle, and 📝Fascia; the sense is how that information is used. It is not a neurological diagnosis. Work that restores options gives the sensors something true to report. Sudden dizziness, falling, or numbness is a stop and a referral.

Clients usually do not feel a proprioceptor as a separate object. They feel "I know where my foot is" or they don't.
