Mythos

Alignment is how the body's segments stack over one another in relation to gravity, described as a pattern rather than a verdict.

In ๐Ÿ“Postural / Structural Realignment the practitioner looks at head over ribs over pelvis over feet โ€” not to grade the person, but to see the pull they are organizing around. A forward head, a ribcage that sits ahead of the pelvis, a hip that will not stack over the foot: those are living patterns, not a diagnosis that something is out of place. Bones sit where the surrounding soft tissue allows them to sit.

Clients often hear "alignment" as a moral score. The useful question is whether a more even relationship to gravity is available, and whether it can be found without bracing. The table does not impose a finished posture.

This work does not claim to correct a structural lesion or to replace evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.
