Mythos

Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) is the part of the nervous system that runs automatic functions like heart rate, breathing, and stress response.

In this library it is a working map for state, not a diagnosis of dysautonomia. Session language names what the body is doing: mobilized, settled, shut down. It does not claim to treat the ANS as a medical event. Unexplained fainting, chest pain, or a dramatic new change belongs with licensed care.

Clients feel automatic shifts they did not choose.
