Slow is the practice is the pacing rule: sensation is only available below a certain speed.
Move faster and the person is performing; move slower and they can feel. In ๐Somatic Practice that rule is the method. It is not a moral claim that slow people are better, and not a diagnosis. If even slow floods, the work is smaller still, or orients out.
Clients feel the difference as information arriving. Pain or panic is a stop. Rushing to finish a sequence is how the practice is lost.
