Mythos

Pandiculation is the slow, deliberate contract-and-release of a yawn-stretch, used to reset muscle tone.

The muscle is gently tightened, then slowly let go, the way a yawn moves through the jaw. In 📝Somatic Practice that sequence is how a held pattern is invited to remember length, not a stretch yanked at 📝end range. The word is Hanna's; this practice uses the action, not a medical claim that the brain has been rewired. Fast or forced is the wrong version.

Clients feel a slow wake-up in the tissue. Sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness is a stop. Persistent unexplained symptoms belong with licensed care.
