Mythos

Sacrum is the triangular bone at the base of the spine.

In 📝Craniosacral Therapy a hand often cradles it to feel and follow motion at this end of the system, paired with the cranium. The word is anatomy, not a diagnosis of a sacral lesion, and not a claim that the bone is being put back. The hold is about 📝five grams, not a pelvic adjustment.

Clients feel a light contact at the low back. Sharp, numb, or panicky sensation is a stop. Trauma or unexplained neurological change is a referral.
