Plough is a lying stretch in which the legs are taken up and over toward the head, done only within comfort.
In 📝Thai Bodywork the practitioner supports the legs; the receiver stays passive. Many people never go far. The stop is the 📝stretch threshold, not a yoga peak, not a spinal adjustment, and not a decompression claim. Neck pressure, dizziness, numbness, or panic ends it immediately. Skip it after trauma or if the receiver cannot breathe easy.
Clients feel a fold. If the neck takes the load, the legs come down. Unexplained pain is a referral.
