Mythos

Experiment is a small, optional movement tried to see what the body does, rather than an exercise to perform.

Turn the head a few degrees; rest a hand on the ribs; shift weight. In ๐Ÿ“Somatic Practice the point is information, not a rep count. The person can refuse. Experiments are a method, not a diagnosis, and not a homework program to complete. If the trial spikes, it was too big.

Clients feel permission to try. Pain, panic, or shutdown is a stop. Persistent unexplained symptoms belong with licensed care.
