GB20 (Fengchi) is the hollows at the base of the skull, used on the traditional map for headache and neck tension.
In 📝Acupressure the thumbs rest in those hollows, angled toward the opposite eye, at a breathable pressure. The traditional use is the map, not a claim to treat migraine or a medical neck condition. Dizziness, visual change, numbness, or panic is a stop. Head trauma or unexplained neurological change is a referral.
Clients feel a dull ache into the head or neck. Sharp pain means the angle or the dose is wrong.
