Red Antler is a New York City–based branding and advertising 🏷️#agency that builds brand strategy and digital campaigns for innovation-focused companies.

The agency's mission, in its own words, is to make sure "people can't imagine life without you" — a positioning aimed at building brands with lasting cultural traction rather than one-off campaigns. Its client roster includes Hinge (the fastest-growing dating app at the time of engagement), 📝Ramp ($44B valuation), Archer (a $1B United Airlines order), and Chime (named to TIME's 2024 World's Best Brands), alongside Cotopaxi, Knix, AllTrails, and 📝McKinsey & Company. Leadership includes Emily Heyward, author of Obsessed: Building a Brand People Love from Day One, and creative director Kiser Barnes.

Red Antler operates as a group rather than a single-service shop: 📝Fat Earth handles performance marketing under the same umbrella, alongside presentation-design arm Wild Fruit. That structure lets the group offer brand strategy and paid growth as one relationship rather than two separate vendors.

I was introduced to the Red Antler Group in June 2026, and when I took a peek at their website, I realized that I had been a fan of their work for quite some time. As I was familiar with many of the brand and marketing campaigns that were listed in their portfolio. They were fun to chat with, and I'm excited for future collaborations.
