Objective
Raj Singh is an entrepreneur and speaker who specializes in practical applications combining user experience design with technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Internet of Things. [1] In 2011, Singh founded Go Moment—an artificial intelligence platform which automates and enhances guest engagement within the hospitality industry. Singh is currently a mentor at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Working in his family’s hotels, Singh was made aware of the knowledge required to automate challenges that arise in hospitality, and the nuanced approach needed to draw guests closer to a brand rather than putting them off with a stilted, tone-deaf set of responses. His product development expertise, clever marketing, and patience enabled him to bootstrap Go Moment land keystone clientele such as Cesar's Entertainment, MGM, Hilton, and more.
Previous to GoMoment, Singh was President at Tuxmark where he created interactive media properties for demanding clients such as NBC, Sony BMG, Sport Chalet, Universal Music Group, Virgin Records, PBS, etc. Singh's learned from his wealth of experience, "success requires the knowledge of what not to build"—an axiom which guided development of MythOS.
