Eric Nowoslawski is a sales and outbound marketing practitioner best known for building cold-email systems and data-driven prospecting workflows. He founded 📝Growth Engine X in 2021 and serves as a 📝Clay Certified Expert, with additional expert roles tied to 📝Instantly and 📝Smartlead.

He teaches teams to combine firmographic, technographic, and intent signals to prioritize accounts, and he has published a free multi-video cold-email course on 📝YouTube. He has also appeared in discussions on outbound with Alex Hormozi and demonstrates tooling workflows (e.g., Apify + Clay) for campaign personalization and scale. I’ve known Eric through the Clay community since 2021, but we only met in person for the first time at 📝Sculpt in September of 2025. He was one of the few people whose Clay workspace ID is a lower (earlier) number than mine.
