Greg Posner is a 🏷️#founder and 🏷️#podcaster who runs Player Driven, a gaming industry media brand built around a weekly podcast and a newsletter on 📝Substack. The podcast, running since 2023 with roughly 170 episodes, covers player experience, community, trust and safety, accessibility, and live operations for people who design and run live games.

Player Driven began in 2023 as Player: Engage, a podcast from the player support platform Helpshift and its parent Keywords Studios. Greg worked at Helpshift from 2018 to 2024, rising from senior sales engineer to Director of Solution Engineering, and took the show independent in late 2024. Earlier he was a solutions engineer at the social listening company Synthesio, spent seven years at the compliance software company Smarsh in support, client services, and solutions architecture, and founded the tech podcast DailySpin.IO. He co-writes the Player Driven newsletter with Lewis Ward.
