Objective

Mianya Ong is a senior operations and strategic planning executive and the Co-Founder and COO of Datasent, a company that promotes enabling insights without moving underlying data. She also serves as Austin Chapter Director for Startup Grind. Her prior roles include Chief Strategist at thinkment, Technology Sales Consultant at TriNet, and Senior Implementation Manager at Luxury Presence. She holds Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance) and Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute) credentials, studied at the California Academy of Mathematics and Science and UC Santa Barbara, and lists English and Chinese among her languages.
