Bobby Weinberger is a corporate and transactional #attorney who serves as the founding partner of Weinberger & Logan PC, a bi-coastal law firm operating in Los Angeles and New York. His practice focuses on advising startups, small businesses, and growth-stage companies on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and strategic transactions.
