Catrin Watson is a sustainability leader who previously served as Director of Sustainability at 📝Shein Technology LLC. She holds dual degrees in Environmental Studies from Brown University and Apparel Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Watson’s career has focused on sustainable product development, supply chain strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within the apparel industry. Prior to her current role at SHEIN, she led sustainability and product development initiatives at Lafayette 148 New York, where she advanced operational improvements, sustainable sourcing, and brand storytelling. Her early career included knitwear design and coordination roles at Global Brands Group and LF Europe & LF Americas. Watson is also recognized for her engagement with industry initiatives such as CanopyStyle and Pack4Good, and has contributed to projects and panels focused on circular fashion and environmental impact. She has received honors such as the YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund and SEED Competition finalist award.
