Management by Means (MBM) is a business management approach that recognizes its employees are the means by which companies achieve their results, that learning is the means by which employees grow their professional competence, and that the heart-brain connections of employees are the means to inspire their learning. [1] Management by Means runs counter to the traditional approach for a bottom-line-first company that manages by results (MBR).
